Default Ferrari 458 Italia when the house is paid for.

Im thinking when the house is paid for (maybe 2-15 years from now) I'll pick up a used hopefully bone stock Ferrari 458 Italia. Ill still have the house and probably my Yukon, so It will be part time DD. What do you guys think? I know I've seen a few people on here have now or have had an exotic.

If your house is paid for, why would you want to settle for an entry level Ferrari like all the other folks here plan on buying. Go for an Enzo!

Do they sell Ferraris to people with Vettes?

This isn't one of those 8 years in the making threads, is it?

We think it's the dumbest thread ever.

Your aim is too high. Fastkx125 has a more realistic aim.

Why do you think my aim is any higher than Fastkx125? It's all relative.

Discussing and comparing different cars and potential NEAR TERM car purchases is a fun part of Car Talk, but I personally think it's a bit lame when people are talking YEARS out on future car purchases. It is just a little too theoretical to be any fun, especially when talking about a used Evo X or something along those lines as a second car....bleh...

It's like me asking if I happen to win the lottery in two years, should I get a used F430 or a Gallardo? No one knows. If you want to compare the merits of the F430 or Gallardo, that's one thing, but to tie to it a potential future occurance of a personal nature, it just seems a bit...lame.

Maybe, I'm being too sensitive or too bored because the wife is out of town.
