Subaru - Auto headlight shutoff when the car is turned off, even if their switched to "On". Decreases the chance of leaving your lights, draining the battery. My wife's Tacoma does this too FYI.

I guess I'm easily amused:
Doors that lock as you drive off.
Auto up/down for windows.
HID lights.
Sunroof with built in deflector- Scion TC.
Trip computer (you know for mpg, how much left is in the tank, thank kind of stuff, so useful).
VW's old switchblade key.
The oil window and dipstick on the koeniseggs.
AUX inputs, seriously, just equip a car with a radio and an aux input and I'm good, spare me the cd player with all its moving parts.

I really dig my Multi-Informational Display on my TSX. Average MPG, average speed, amount of time you've been driving, tire pressure sensors, oil life, blue tooth. Also welcomes me when I open the door, and tells me goodbye when I leave it. Never had a car that was so nice to me. Lulz.
