I remember when I was about 13/14 I went with my dad to a Honda dealership and they had an NSX in the showroom, I spent most of the time sat in it instead of going for the test drive with him in a CRX he was looking at. That makes it an easy choice, NSX all day long.

Yeah, should have replaced the S2K with an R33/R34 GTR.
I'd have still picked the NSX, though.
The 2000GT is on a completely different realm of it's own and existed by itself as far as time, rarity, and engineering of other Japanese manufacturers are concerned.

You are lacking the R34 and 3000GT-VR4 but even with those options it really is a no brainer. The CR should not even be on that list, get it out of there!
NSX-R hands down (especially with your rule to keep it stock) if allowed to modify the MKIV Supra makes a enticing tail same with the R34.

I don't understand why the 2000GT has even come into the discussion. I understand it's greatness, but we're discussing cars from the Japanese manufacturers' 90's heyday.
It'd be like doing the same for German cars: Which would you pick, the BMW E34 M5, Mercedes-Benz 500E, or Audi Quattro and then someone speaks up and says the Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing.
