An '88? How about stock?
Anything more than a used slip-on that you buy off Ebay probably ain't worth it.
Not to say the bike is a dog--I had an '87 and LOVED it. Dunlop 597's--the good ol' days...

Its definitely not my favorite bike, but seems like a decent bike for him to learn on. He just wants a slip-on exhaust. If anybody knows any, he would appreciate it. Thanks for your help!

i believe the cobra f-1 is available for it, get the street pipe not the race it sounds like poo. i bought mine with a yoshi on it but i dont think the sell them for that bike anymore. most ppes will work with a little work. a jardine pipe from a f2 or f3 will work===good luck

Seriously though my '88 Hurricane had on a Yoshimura. That's right, they were called Hurricanes back then.
