Had an '08 C6 for about 2 years till I traded it in for an '09 Hyundai Genesis sedan.
I miss fun cars.

2010 STI Special Edition.

The combination of fun and utility is fantastic.

Wow, EVO MR for only 6 months? Care to elaborate?
I didn't like all the attention the Evo IX garnered from young, aggressive drivers. Getting chased in traffic or revved on at traffic lights got old real quick.

I bought the Evo IX as a practical DD that I could also enjoy on mountain roads and on track. Since my car was the MR, I became concerned about the reliability of the 6-speed on track.

The E55 AMG that came next was a bit of an impulse purchase. I got a good trade offer and pulled the trigger.

I have had my S2000 convertible and HT due to being forced to park outside.
I hate not having the freedom of not having a top down.
I don't see not having a convertible if I have a choice.
I guess it depends on where you live, too. Snows 6 months out of the year (actually snowed yesterday) for me. Also, my top didn't come down much. Just a few times. Not much of a convertible guy. Would've probably kept the car if it were a coupe (2+2).

^FYI... s2000s are decent winter cars stock with proper tires. Prior to mine being fully modified, I drove it in Canadian winters with no issues.

...top down at -20C was fun with ski goggles

Only miss the S on really beautiful days. An S on the road still turns my head. Other than that, I love my Evos!
