No, but I’m sure they would. I don’t need that fluff.

crazy how loud and aggressive it is. Really sounds awesome and surprised with how different it sounds than the Blackwing:

Were you manually shifting in the Escalade? Seemed like the redline was lower than in the Blackwing...

Trying to grow one out, but it's hard now with my 45 year old age.

Hey Jon, good comment as I've pondered this same "issue". So, no this was in full V mode and it's shifting short of the roughly 6,200 indicated redline. And stated horsepower of 682 is at 6,000rpm. So, except for maybe that last shift before hitting the electronic limiter it's shifting before horsepower peak.

So, quite possibly, to run it all the way to 6,000-6,200rpm (or whatever fuel cut is) would require manual shifting. This would likely get the quickest acceleration numbers too.

It does have paddles on the wheel and watching videos online, it's actually quite responsive to paddle input. I'll have to give it a try and see how it goes.

The Blackwing's stated redline is 6,500rpm and fuel cut is 6,600-6,700, I believe.

I'm sure I could find the info but is there a way to disable the speed limiter?

I'm sure a tune could disable it, but then you're running a 6,200lb SUV with speed rated tires above the speed rating. Recipe for disaster potentially.
