Why does everyone automatically assume it was a the drivers fault? And why are they spoiled/rich/stupid kids/lawyers/doctors?

1. Whomever the driver was, he/she could have been cut off.

2. If you can afford an Enzo, you are either lucky (lottery) and rich but not stupid..

3. That said, it does look photoshopped.

Obviously this is a fake. Just look at the left-bottom corner of the front windshield, where the hood breaks apart. It's blurry! Can't be real. And take a look at the right headlight area, on your left.. Looks pretty blurry and fake to me too.
It's a fake,.....just my two cents..

It's blurry, and so is the rest of the pic, because it isnt very high quality

I don't think you had to own a F-50 to buy an Enzo, but you did have to be a pre-approved Ferrari enthuasist, and had to be invited to purchase one. You can't just contact Ferrari with cash in hand and order one, you had to be 'known' in the Ferrari world.
