192mph claim is kinda hard to believe with 4wd and such high Cd.

 

They only claim the gearing could turn the wheels that fast. No claim the car could go that fast.

That car must be extremely fun! Actually, that car might have better Cd than our S2000.

 

You can say what you want about the car (gheyness), but HPA have built some monster VW's. Their TT R32 comes immediately to mind.

 

I dont think so S2k Cd with the hard top is very good, beside the CD you need down force to go that fast, there is no way the bubble thing will generate enough downforce to keep it on the ground.

 

um no, it sucks with top down and top up either way, S2000 has bad drag

 

if anyone is stupid enough to try it they wont last long. bugs have some of the worst aerodynaimcs and any production car. forget about drag, these turds make about 600 lbs of lift at 160mph (its been a while since i read so my numbers could be off, but the point remains that these cars are not safe at highway speeds)

 

i won't want to make a bug to go that fast with any amount of money
