Engine will not start* Not related to S2000
Hey guys,
This doesn't apply to my s2000 but it's a technical question and I was wondering if I could get some advice on something.
Here's the situation
The motor is an H22A motor in a 4th gen prelude. Basically the motor won't fire up. I checked to see that it's getting fuel and a spark, and it's turning over fine, but it just won't start. When I pulled the spark plugs they were completely covered in engine oil. I plan on doing a compression check tomorrow and see what's up. Just trying to get a handle of things and possible problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh and I forgot to mention, the timing belt looked like it went through hell and back again.

It could be any number of things. Is the timing belt installed correctly? Screw fall out of the rotor button? plug wires on in the correct order? Valves bent? Etc. Etc.
