That's possible...I think trade-in amounts vary from locations, dealers, and cars.

Mitsubishi is setting the residual for the Evo at a 70% depreciation for five years. After two years it already has a 52% depreciation based on the figures Mitsubishi is using for their leases. I would say that is a big difference from the S2000!

It would be interesting to see how these ratings would change if the price of gas were to spike up. You'd probably see the Mini Cooper jump up, followed by the S2000, the Civic Hybrid, and a few other gas sippers.

wow, looks like Korea and General Motors are well represented on the 10 worst residual values list. not really suprised though.

Does this mean that I can expect to sell my 2001 S2000 in 2006 with 75k miles on it for approximately $16,000?
