I know a guy that had a tool shed at his lake cabin valued at $400,000 and then burned it down to collect. He was paid in full. It was about a $5,000 structure. Don't know how he had it valued at $400,000 but he did.

On a side note, this guy is a tool and has been disbarred as an attorney for stealing from his personal injury clients. Sort of a distant inlaw who is not real popular with his family.

I think people would be shocked to know how many attorneys out there engage in such unscrupulous activities. It's really tricky to compete against them when they are all so underhanded and break every ethics rule.
