Not surprised that the check engine light is on. A lot of supercharged bimmers are running with the check engine lights on. Cars still run just fine, but no way (for some) of getting the lights off. It's bothered SC'd bimmer owners a hell lot, but all said & done they'd rather be SC'd & deal with the check engine lights than being slow.

if thats the no seat belt indicator, thats pretty smart...go 155mph with no seat belt and take a picture while you're at it.

I might be wrong but I'm calling this a photoshop. Normally when you start up a BMW the fuel gauge light (red) is on for a few seconds. The speed needles won't go to the top (unlike the Pontiacs).
Also, I *think* the handbrake light is still on as well as the seat belt light. Notice the light looks like (P).
