I loved the feel of my S2000. If they could do a 300-350hp, 2800lb roadster for $40-45k, I would have definitely considered it over another Vette.

What you're missing is the lack of a factory warranty and accountability by anyone when your powertrain has problems. Been there, done that w/ a Vortech S/C, and learned my lesson. I'd much rather pay more for factory engineered and warrantied hp.

Why is it that even though I know the C6 (non-Z06) is a better car, I still love the C5 Z06?
But for me the interior would not do in the C5.
I'm not sure if a C6 is better or just different than the C5 Z06. I would say the performance is about the same.

I didn't know they ever did 0% on the C6. Did you get 0% for 60 mo.? Where should I look for future offers? Are they on Chevy's website? Thanks.
0% was only for 3 years. It was either January or February of '07.
08's were not out yet and I had no idea what the upgrades were going to be. I guess I could've waited, but no regrets.
It was a bargain. They gave me the Supplier Discount (one that's cheaper than the employee discount), no money down, 0% for 36 months, most of the options I wanted, and none that I didn't.
My payments are about $1200/month, but I'm fortunate enough to afford it, and in about 2 years, it'll be paid off.
