Oh what about insurance? Is that going to be higher owning a EDM or JDM car in Canada/America?

[QUOTE=mxt_77,Dec 7 2010, 11:14 AM] My recommendation is to just not drive a RHD car in a LHD country unless you have an actual reason.

That is an excellent reason to go through all that hassle and expense!

Weren't you *just* recently buying an S2000, then an M3/S4, and now a RHD Honda imported from the UK for attention?

I think you need to stay in school and lay off the drugs

I knew someone would bring that up.

I'm not going for the S4 or M3 anymore, I learn't everything I wanted to know and have scraped those off the list. I still want an S2000, but I'm also interested in an EK9. The attention part is that I just like being different, I like having something people don't see often.

There's a company in Toronto that does K20 engine swaps for 7,000. That includes: engine, transmission, labour, all the parts, and an hour dyno session.

Does that sound reasonable to you guys?

Yes, he is. He's pretty much just a joke-poster at this point.

NOW HE'S GONNA GET A TYPE R, DUDE! He's gonna be sooooooo JDM.

Next thing you know he's gonna be getting an NSX!

Translation: You are an attention whore.

Fact: nobody cares. Nobody cares about having a Type R (other than lame little Honda-Tech goblins), nobody cares about your bullshit stories about not needing to go to college because you make 40k a yr - whoops, now you're delivering pizza, nobody cares about the fact that you're again trolling for attention...

And buying a Type R just to put a K swap in it is ****** stupid.

Go here: www.honda-tech.com

and stay there. They'll love your attention whoring.
