Dude, the Porsche 911 article has embedded video that fires right up. Check out that crazy a** engine testing on page 6-7. I have never seen a test where they are rotating the motor around on a multi-axis machine while revving the piss out of it. Talk about testing the oiling system.

Yeah that was some craxy testing. I believe they're trying to recreate the Gs the engine would experience on the 'ring' as it goes around the track....there is a small icon on the bottom left of the video of the progress on the 'ring'.

Yeah that is pretty sick.....now we know just a little a bit what it takes to build a car that you can track and be a champion in.

What is a Merkur? I think that is a Sierra Cosworth RS something or another...
