What he said. In addition, the car must be given to me for free and I must never have to purchase fuel. In addition, every existing upgrade must be given to me free of charge (part of owning the car, like the track prep team that comes with the FXX) and must always be in stock at the Advance Auto Parts within 1 mile of my home.

That was my unobtainable dream car.

My obtainable dream car is a Corvette Z06.

I guess I don't really dream about cars I would never actually buy.
For me the obtainable one is the one I dream about... 991 GTS cabrio. In that electric blue color. With like $60k of performance options. And some sweet black wheels.

I'm honestly the opposite; I rarely covet or dream of cars that are so far out of reach I have no chance at owning them. They just don't interest me. The fact that I could realistically someday own an NSX or an F355 makes them all the better in my eyes. Those two, plus the S2000, were the cars I dreamt of owning in high school, and still want. And yeah, I also want a 458 Spider, but given the choice I'd probably take the F355 just because I've dreamt of it for so long. The fact that it's just slightly (okay, more than slightly, but you know) out of reach makes it more desirable.

I'm also the guy who spanks it in the shower to the hot chick in marketing rather than Anna Kournikova, based on the same principle.
