so heres another question, are you riding the clutch if you have it fully engaged and you give throttle, lets say i just engage it while parked and give gas, does it hamper the clutch in anyway?

Keeping the clutch from fully engaging (riding) will wear it out.

i know that, im saying, lets say youre parked, you fully engage the clutch all the way down, and you get on the gas, and you hold it at 4K revs or so, now r u riding the clutch then, i mean does it effect the clutch at all?

You have it backwards. Clutch to floor means disengage.
