Default Don't Ever...

At least not without making sure he/she has at least 100 yards of open space to maneuver.

This happened when my wife was baking up my H1 to take the kids to a swim class. She hit the bike twice. The first time, it wasn't too hard and she thought that she was in a rut in the driveway. So, she pulled forward and backed up even faster, completely mowing down my Blackbird which I had just finished replacing all of the cosmetics on a few weeks prior.

I guess anything doing once is worth doing better a second time...

She hit on this side...

And the driveway gravel did in this side.

Here's the bad thing. Insurance won't cover the damages because they, for some weird reason, will not cover damage to your vehicle if it's inflicted by one of your other vehicles...

$2,963.67 of damage, no frame damage.

Yeah, but I get to play with it a bit now. When I first got it as an insurance total with just cosmetic damage and some bad exhaust cans I put it back together using all OEM stuff.

This time I'll be putting on an aftermarket exhaust, corbin seat, undertail with LED lights and maybe a turbo.

Depends on who your insurance company is but yeah, most don't cover damage caused by another family member living in the same household by one of your own vehicles, too much possibility for fraud and domestic dispute high dollar "I hate you so I'm messing up your car" type of claims. Sucks about the bike at any rate.
