the closest thing i could find was a lincoln MK9.
"The face of the MK 9 incorporates an evolution of a Lincoln signature grille flanked by twin xenon gas discharge headlamps. The turn signal indicators are integrated into each lamp unit."
those lights are not the same as HID though.

the lincoln mark 8 was the first production car in north america to have HID's...since then, lincoln and for that matter all ford products have refrained..this includes ford, lincoln, merc (cougar doesn't have em), mazda, volvo and jaguar.
other are the:
gmc envoy (99 model, not new one)
caddy sts, catera (dts?)
