I wonder if there's a reason it's that cheap.
Any roof or windshield damage?

IMHO hi-performance trucks aren't really very good at anything. Sure they're fast once you can get the rear end to hook up but it's still a truck and why would you want to go stupid fast in a truck? It's not a sport anything, it's a truck w/very little weight over the rear wheels, marginal brakes for stopping fast from hi speeds, terrible fuel economy, doesn't corner worth a damn, etc.....
Don't get me wrong, I have 2 trucks and love the hell out of them. I have a super duty diesel to haul stuff and a Toyota 4x x-cab for cruising the woods and hauling my dirt bike. I've modified almost every car I've ever had but haven't touched either of those trucks, they do what they're supposed to do out of the box. I do have an '85 4runner that's cut to crap, caged, locked at both ends, 2 transfer cases 39" tires and a custom suspension. It's not good for ANYTHING other than rock crawling.
Just don't get the idea that that truck is something special, for a truck it's worthless, as a DD it's worthless, as a sport ?? it's worthless. I don't get why Dodge and Chrysler decided to put a hemi in everything it would fit in, and SRT8 Cherokee, come on, pretty lame in my opinion. Of course I obviously have strong opinions

If you're looking for a dependable truck, look into a used Taco or Tundra, or if you don't need the open bed and want 5 (or more) seats, a 4Runner. They'll tow small houses, and run forever. With the 5th Gen 4R out, there should be some decent deals on early 4th Gen (where you could/can get a V8 option if you want).
Plus all those are available in 4WD, which is extremely nice depending on your location/use/etc.

Just judging from what my friend gets in his hemi ram, 10 mpg may be optimistic.
These rocket trucks are toys for the guy who has everything, including lots of money to burn, and drives it once in a while to show off. For someone who has it as there only vehicle, you are going to stop by the gas station every couple of days. If you have a commute over 15 miles, forget it.
