zo6 for performance quality but damn viper coupe for exclusive rights and the sound of that mean v10 and the looks to boot

I can hardly believe the Z06 has a 2:1 advantage, guess GM knows what they are doing. Tho the Dodge boys are also doing great work. Too bad Ford GT was a limited edition, I'd love to see that get warmed over (like it even needs more power but sure couldn't hurt)

 

Ive always loved vipers. Sure, they arent the fastest car in the world (not a slouch by any mean) but man, does the car have a presence.

IMHO, lookswise, Not only is the viper head and shoulders above the vette, its one of the best looking sports cars ever produced, at any price.

 

The Viper is a bit too Ace and Gary car for me, I'll take a Z06 in yellow.

 

Tough choice for me. The ZO6 is a better performer (not including price), but I like the exclusivity of the Viper Coupe. If I could pick one, I guess I would go for the Viper. If I had to PAY for one, I would get the ZO6.

 

I would go for the Viper coupe all else being equal. If it was a 2nd car. Just more exotic looking. 600 hp would be real nice. Though the side pipes are a joke.

 

I'd take a Cayman S over any of these other choices as well. Unlike BMW, however, Porsche's Euro delivery program is nothing special, and there's no real incentive to doing it other than the chance to drive the autobahn + Nurburbring (sp?).

 

Seems like I've read many mag. reviews that compare the Viper's sound to a UPS truck engine. Z06 no doubt sounds meaner.

 

I voted Viper Vert.

They're blunt instruments. Why not get the bluntest instrument if that's what you're going for?

I'd complement it with an Exige S for canyon carving, though.
