It was during the time they had the special 24 month lease, so I guess there was a spike in demand for them. I did check about 6 dealerships in LA, all didn't have any, and did not anticipate getting any at the time. South Bay Acura was the only one that was willing to order it for me. My beef with them was after about a month, they could have just told me that it wasn't going to happen & no harm, no foul. Why wait until 3 days before I was to turn in my other car (explained this to them explicitly). Friends told me it was probably one of 3 things. Bait & switch me into another car (almost got a TL instead), sold the car from under me, complete incompetence. Just another case of over promising & under delivering.

If you are still looking for black / red, Jay Wolfe Acura has an 04. That is the only one I have ever seen or heard about in that color combo in the states.
