Yep, a Vette kicks any of these three pretty easily, until you try to put someone in the back seat. The performance of these cars is pretty decent. There is an image factor at play, but there is for most performance cars in whichever niche they happen to reside.

Not sure where the mid-90s chassis comment comes from for the Mustang. New car for 2005.

Seriously though I do not follow the logic of Vettes are better than anything else for one I think they are too big, styling does not excite me,and worst of all they are everywhere.

One thing I agree that the Camaro could be better at 7/8 scale but as a whole Detroit almost ALWAYS errs on the side of too big. Look at the H2 for example. My friend that is a big Vette fan agrees with me the Vette is too big!

A lot of you here live and breath Corvette for some odd reason but the Porsche 911 is my favorite sports car . A British car magazine said one time "Drive a 911 and you will be hooked - Probably for life" After driving one I have a clear understanding of what they meant and why. No Vette will do in comparison!!
LOL, compare the dimensions of a C6 and 911 - they're within an inch of each other!

I'd rather have a 911 than a C6 as well, but it's hard to deny the Vette's great value (hint: that's the reason you see so many of them).

If I am the fool then you must be the biggest Moron in the Universe for your car company you endlessly defend just went BANKRUPT! I saw GM going belly up 10 years ago! I take it your love for the Malibu did not save the world of GM !

Camaro looks better! The C6 has better performance and probably drives better than a 63-67 Ray but the older car has a style that is timeless and still looks great today while the C6 is just ok looking . Nowhere near great or timeless.
That is why I really liked the pony car era - Style and performance .

Before I forget who cares what they called the 68-76 Vette . It was so UGLY nobody hardly remembers this era of Lowered Expectation Vette.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you are probably about 17-years-old. Am I close?

You really sound like a complete moron when you are speaking. Your arguments are all over the map, and they make no sense.

Furthermore, rockville may very well be one of the most intelligent people on this forum. He always adds substance to a debate. I've even debated him on a few points and he knows his stuff.

Also, any ####ing tool with half a brain could tell that GM was in financial trouble... you know... on account of it being common knowledge/ constantly in the news. Yeah, you're a regular Nostradamus.

hahaha. I first encountered this piece of trivia in an article about five years ago and was really taken by surprise. The vette really does seem bigger, but anyone in the know can tell that's not actually the case.

You'll be hooked around a tree for the remainder of your short life if you drove a RWD one
