Yes, the 918 (as well as all the C&D Lightning Lap cars this year) ran on VIR after it was resurfaced and slightly modified.

Damn the hellcat is slow...and people said it wouldn't be under-tired! 17.5@83mph begs to differ!

lol... That race was a complete joke. I'm not the world's biggest Hellcat fan or anything, but that car deserves a better driver than what it had for that shitty race.

I mean, was he burning the clutch or what? There wasn't enough tire-smoke for how slow he was going lol

HP wins rolling races. Not a big surprise there. Get them both out on a track and the vette will DESTROY it.

Mass is the enemy on the track. I assume the 'vette has less.

Brakes on the Hellcat might be a problem, Muscle cars generally aren't set up to have the brakes maxed every 20 seconds repeatedly.

Damn it I'm tired of the, "let's see on a real track" comment on the Hellcat.. It's like hello!!! Duhhh!!! That's not the point of this car. I'm not saying it can't turn but obviously that's not the focus of this car.

It's got massive brakes that don't fade. 70-0mph in 153 feet

I laughed too when I saw this. Hate to say it, but it reminded me of the S2000 guys after they got beaten by something.

You sure? You might wanna correct the SRT marketing folks on their f-up then Tell them to stop marketing it as a track car b/c it's only good in a straight line

For optimized traction under road course conditions, such as track day. This setting mitigates wheel spin, improves control, while helping to put power on the ground in corners.

Wonder why they call it "track" mode...should be "drag strip" mode shouldnt it?
