Only issue i have seen from them at our track has been oil issues. We have an owner who is now on his 3rd engine(all replaced under warranty.) Chevrolet and corvette engineering have said that the failure was due to momentary loss of lubrication during high-g loads. Corvette racing has suggested we try a larger dry sump and a stronger oil pump. Waiting on those parts to come in and test it on the track to see if it works or not.

Smoking deal, almost too good to be true though.

Yeah.... by the third one I'd be strongly considering "user error" as a root cause. Adding an extra quart or so is recommended for wet sump motors for track duty, but dry sump won't have G-load issues so I'm just not buying the story.

What year? In '09 they went from 8qt dry sump to 10.5qt. Is that the "larger dry sump" being referred to? If so, this car already has it. $38k sounds like a screaming deal...

Your def. of bulletproof is different than mine! But yeah, I'd be all over it for 38K.
