I was under the impression that an object with real functional value was not considered 'bling'. In this case there's a reason the wheels are carbon fiber, so I would say no to them being 'bling'.

The real question here is, what the hell is happening to the English language? And why is Snoop Dog the world's leading linguist all of a sudden?

Those wheel are definitely light, but I wonder how they will hold up against potholes & spirited driving.

Wouldn't trust those on the track. Would wait and see how well it holds up, but the spoke connecting points look very weak. How exactly are they bonding that to the carbon fiber?
