Default Classic Car Insurance

Need to put insurance on an old 1954 F-100, it won't get drivem much maybe 500 miles per year. Its likely worth some 25K.

Anyone have suggestions?

Grundy, hagerty, & safeco come to mind. Some of these companies are lax with miles. Im switching my exige soon to grundy i believe.

Infinity Classic Collectors, I have it for my s2000. 5k miles per year, agreed value, and very very reasonable.

Why would you choose this over traditional car insurance? I'm in the same boat, 5k miles per year.

I used Hagerty when I had my Mondial. It was 590 a year with no deductible and free towing and I was able to set the agreed value at what I was comfortable with.

Because it tends to cost much less than traditional insurance and gives you better coverage as long as you meet all the requirements.

I got a quote for my old AP1 just for giggles and it was just under $300/year for full coverage, high replacement value, etc.
Comparitively, my normal insurance at the time was about $400/6mo and that was with multicar and multipolicy discounts.

Sabre is correct. Mine is about $325/yr with a great agreed value, 5k miles.

Is any of these company allowed you to drive anywhere you want ? Like go to work 3 miles away, Homedepot run or it's strictly pleasure driving only.
