not going to beat any of those on cheapness...but the IS has them.
Unfortunately, a lot of sporty cars you look at either have them removed because the sporty version has different seats, or if you opt for the sporty seats (in say a porsche) then you lose the ventilated factor.

Hmm, for 25,000 you could get a 06-08 IS250/IS350 ... KBB for my 2009 IS250 with full options is 26k right now. So I'm sure you could find one easily for around 23-25k. My butt stays chilled all summer B]
