I wonder if this trend will catch on the states. A car with a very simple design, few electronics, reliable, easy to fix, and cheap.

I remember reading about this 6 or 7 mos ago.....looks like Renault stumbled
into something right for a change.

For the most part, we have no tangible public transit system. This is a godsend.
