That series of pictures is giving me a severe headache as my brain furiously, yet unsucessfully, tries to make some sense of the completely irrational images it is being fed.
I hope you don't have to drive that truck to work with a tie on because it would really suck if it got stock in that belt and pully system. You could be both choked by the vehicle and unable to steer the vehicle simultaneously. How will you die? From asphyxiation, or from your injuries sustained in the inevitable crash? Only time will tell...

Maybe this is a stunt vehicle of some sort? Perhaps they know something is going to happen to the right half of the cabin, so they repositioned the driver? Or perhaps they are filming a commercial with an animal in the driver's seat?
If not, that's a long reach for the windshied wipers switch.
