I bet it's a BB6.
lol cut the guy some slack, I could see myself referring to my s2k as an ap1 on a prelude forum, but I can't imagine getting ridiculed to the degree this guy has.

Another C5 Z06 vote (and prior owner) here. Insurance is indeed less than the S2K. Die myth, die! Powertrain is near bulletproof.

If you are not racing then tire costs can be managed with proper choices. I'm thinking of Kumho's dry performance line. As a side benefit you'll gain much more traction than OEM F1-SC's in the wet.

buy someone's "I had big dreams but have given up" turbo setup off of Honda-tech and have a VERY fast car for little money.
I LOLed, then I remembered my 240sx, then I sighed.

The BB6 is actually not a bad car when you don't have a choice. All told, it's been pretty reliable and not actually that slow. It's getting a little bit long in the tooth at this point, however. Still looks sexy from the outside.

For those of you who got rid of your Z06es, why'd you do it?

Doesn't seem like that Honda guy on BM likes that MR-S swap.

He usually does their Honda Segments for info, I'm sure he doesn't want to give credit for another manufacturers car
A lot of people have issues with "inter-brand marriage". Spyder forums have some guys that are against the K20 swap because it is a Honda motor in a Toyota, but ironically support the 2zz swap, despite it is a Yamaha motor... Both are great motors as far as I am concerned.
