"Quality" and "Reliability" are two different things. I believe when it comes to reliability, Lexus, Toyota and Honda are the top 3. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I couldn't believe it either that Porsche actually made it so high in the list. I will post link to this results, and they are not just 1 year tests, they are long time based tests.
