Default Casino Royale's DB-S

said it before, but i have to say it again. such an awesome looking car. i don't like the db9 as it seems toothless and weak looking, while the S fills out in all the right places. really wished bond actually did SOMETHING/ANYTHING with it in the movie.

I hope they didn't use the real car during it's death in the movie.

From what I understand they reskin a basic chassis for crash sequences, and save the real thing for the glamour shots. This is what they did for the wrecked Ferrari in The Rock years ago, and I'd imagine that's the regular practice, because you don't always get something on the first take. And, rather than waste millions of dollars in wrecked Astons, it makes more sense to put an Aston body kit on a POS chassis with an old V8 in it.

I doubt the real thing was used for the crash sequence.
