I'd say the BMW 5 and 6 series have grown on me to some degree (M versions especially), and my mom's E90 330i isn't as bad as it was when I first saw it. Other than those cars, if I thought it was ugly before, I STILL think it's ugly!

ugly that grew on me:
C6 corvette - I hated it at first after the C5, but now I like them
350z
Z4- went to a BMW dealer and actually liked the one in the showroom

I thought the Del Sol was ugly at first, but it grew on me. I thought the Evo was ugly, but it is growing on me.
I still think the STI is uglier than an Aztek.
Element and Scion are both too ugly for words.
In the reverse, I went NUTS over the C4 Corvette when it came out in 1985, but now I think it is the most dated design of any car ever.

Bugatti 16-4...really ugly!!
350Z...the 240Z was great, but the current iteration got whacked too many times with the ugly stick...
New STi...only thing worse is the Tribeca. Surely to go down in history with the Aztek and the AMC pacer.
Most beautiful...and this pains me 'cause it's British...E type.
