Plus it came out around the same time as the Enzo which outperforms it, althought it costs around 200K more, but if you can afford 450, you can afford 650.

are you guys critisizing a supercar based on stalling it the 1st couple of times you ever drove it?.. i probably stalled an S2000 couple times when i first got it... jeez... its an exotic... its got 600 HP... and a warranty... a Lamborghini or a Viper are gonna be just as hard to drive on the street...
Only issue with Murcielago was some reluctance in the gearchange until the transmission warmed up. There was nothing tricky at all with clutch operation. Once you got used to the size, the Murcielago was a real pussycat. Even turning off the traction control wasn't scary. The AWD put all that V12 power down without getting the car out of the shape.
Viper gearchange required more manly tug compared to the S2000's flick of the lever. Other than that, easy to drive on the street.

The CGT is a bad ass car and unfortunately (for me) the use prices have just been going up as people realize that. About a year ago you could pick one up for almost 100k less then you can now. It's not like I have the money right now or anything, but a dude can dream. If the prices keep rising who knows where they will bottom out especially if people keep crashing them.
As far as enzo markup...I didn't think ferrari allowed dealers to charge mark-up on new ferraris. The wait-list is what makes it impossible to buy a new ferrari not mark-up, IMO.

I see a bunch in the 300s, you're saying you could find them in the 200's last year? Here's one with 3,000 miles for $339,000: http://www.pro-auto.com/used_vehicle_detai...088890d1ea0c890

Right now some dealer is selling a salvage title CGT with 1XXX miles for 360k, so that one you posted is scary low. It would be interesting to know it's story.
edit: good thread about CGT prices:

but in actuality, they quit making them cause they had trouble selling the over 1200 cars they manufactured at $450K...
