Default Car Movers, Shippers, and Thieves

Need to get a car (s2000) from Toledo OH to Portland OR

There are a million and a half shippers out there and they all look the same.

Does anyone have any real time experience? Good, bad, reomendations?

Looks like everyone is quoting around $1000 for an exposed ride, covered is $200-400 more

Thanks!!

I've no experience to share but I was very close to have a car shipped, and one thing I want to mention is that FedEx does offer car shipping. Due to the company reputation and nice experience I had with their ordinary shipping service, I would definitely consider them if I'm to do it. Good luck.

I dont know if it is an option for you, but I took a 2000 mile road trip to pick up my SLK55 and made a short vacation out of it. I had an absolute blast (but then again, I picked up my car in Florida, not Toledo )

Hmmm, I am starting to miss my s2k- I'll drive it out to you

I bought my 2002 S2000 from a Honda Dealer out in MA and had it shipped to CA. I paid $1200 to have it shipped covered, but when I received the car it obviously spent a portion of it's journey outside.

Dependable Auto Shippers was the company.

I have had 4-5 cars shipped to my house from various parts of the country and have shipped 2 from my house...... I have not had a problem with any of them...... I just called out of HEMMINGS or on the internet and found the best prices.....

You probably have insurance on the car itself anyway, so there probably isn't that much to worry about (now that I said that, your car will be stolen for sure)
