Can somone run a vin # for me I am looking to get a car for the upcoming winter and would like to check if the title is clean but even more important if the low mileage my friend is claiming is actually true.

the 1989 Nissan Maxima you are looking at is cleam according to carfax with 3 estimated owners but there was an Inconsistent Odometer Reading Found
