I saw it at the LA autoshow, and while the exterior is nice, the interior is not good. Chevy could have stepped up to the plate and upgraded the interior, but they did not. The steering wheel is terrible. I wonder how the C5 will hold up. Traditionally the previous generation Corvettes age like an old bowling ball...look cheeseball. When the C5 came out, the C4's looked/look awful on the street now. Same with the C3's. The early/mid 60's though are nice.

My C5 Z06, at 7500 miles, has just about the same number and magnitude of issues as my S2000 had. Which is to say I am not pleased with either one but neither is a lemon. I did expect more from the Honda.

From the pics I've seen the C6 interior is improved over the C5, at least to me.

Maybe it'll grow on us. I know I hated the C5 when I first saw it but the look, to my eye, improved over time.

This just(?) in:
'05 Corvette coupe weight: 3179 lbs

According to chevrolet.com. A bit under the numbers listed in all mags to date which assumed it to be the same as the C5 (3246 lbs, again on chevrolet.com)

mmmmmm, c6..........
tons of power and torque.
was hoping for a new body, not a knock off c5, c4, ...
they should've done it like the new 'stang.
would love a new stingray version.
mmmmmm, stingray........
