Speaking for myself, absolutely, positively, 100% no. I really don't give a crap which car is quicker. How many timed track sessions do I really participate in? If any, not many. To sacrifice driving feel for a tenth of second here, of .01g of a skidpad there is pointless to me. I want the car that is going to feel the best to my hands and to the seat of my pants.

All of these cars have more than enough performance for the street, so the difference comes down to quality of the total driving experience (brake feel, steering feel, fun to drive, and yes power is part of that equation) and not some tenth of a second pissing contest which you ultimately can never win. There is ALWAYS someone with a bigger wallet and a faster car.

As for the test being biased, I doubt it. C&D are Corvette lovers.
