^I pay for my cars, gas, insurance, and college (mostly covered by scholarship). My parents taught me young how to make money.

I currently own my 2nd E46 M3 and both have been trouble free. I am friends with the owner that purchased my 1st and he is approaching 50K miles with zero issues. His seats look pretty close to the day I bought it as does the rest of the car. I'm sure there are lots of people that own E46 M3's with 'issues' but I'm sure there are even more owners without any. The fact that he did half ass suspension mods by using aftermarket lowering springs with stock shocks shouldn't surprise anyone that the stock shocks wore out rapidly. Should have done PSS9 coilovers in the first place. I'm sure many of you know that I have a tendency to trade cars very frequently but my current M3 will remain in the stable indefinitely. If my PSS9's ever arrive then all I'll have left is to drop the car at Active Autowerkes when they finish tweaking their supercharger and it will be done. I'm amazed at all the people that want to focus on whatever negative aspects they can find on the M3. Bottom line is that it's a remarkable car and any driver that has the opportunity for some wheel time should take it.

Wow dropping an AA SC in there! I was planning on doing basically the same to my E36, AA SC, tint, suspension, wheels, and maybe exhaust. I sure I will catch mod fever though......

When i was in high school, someone crashed their car at least once a week the whole year. Sometimes 2 in a weekend! Hot cars too. Vettes, Cobras, M3's, Sc400's, e.t.c.
