just remember 20 years on a car shit is bound to break. not to mention cripple the wallet.
I bought a 92 SC300 in February of 06' and spent all the money(over $4k) that I had saved up for a comptech S/C to repair the Lexus. It runs good now, but still need a few more repairs!!
But then again, it all depends on how well the previous owner maintained it. My bro bought a 85' corolla gt-s a few years back and that car ran flawlessly even w/ over 200k on the clock. After a few months, he blew the engine because he drove like a maniac!! Always driving like if he was racing somebody!!

get something more reliable and cheaper/easier to maintain if this is your first and only car
i rather have a miata than a modded AE86 for a cheap (first and only) RWD for the same money

Don't be fooled, Initial D was a cartoon.
Only get this car if you have another one to drive when it brakes....or you don't plan to race or drift it, but simply daily drive it.
BTW, in real life, it has always been my experience that any story that begins with "I was drifting..." always ends with "...and then I crashed."

Lol, word. Yeah, but seriously, some things that most enthusiasts never talk about are the nickel and dime stuff that really add up in a hurry. I mean sure cars that age have engines that won't blow holes, but that doesn't mean the accessories will still run. Cats, AC, starters, Fuel pumps, injectors, all the nice little electrical stuff, etc etc all are probably going to need replacing soon enough. I was fortunate though, my 240sx (before the sr) ran flawlessly execpt for a new fuel pump it needed teh day after I bought it, oh and AC was gone, lol.
When you start modding, things add up real fast, especially if you start doing power upgrades. Drifting will cost you tires and clutches for sure which aren't cheap. If you must get a rwd car and need somethign more practical, I;d say 240sx, worked out well for me.

If you're a student, I'd recommend studying more and learing how to write. Once you've mastered this basic skill, you can worry about buying a car...

Dude, you guys are a bunch of jerks. Don't rip on him just because his english isn't that good. You don't even know if it's his first language.
