There really not that much difference, the ap2 has alittle softer suspension
and alittle more torque. Other than that, one wont runaway from the
other.

There isn't an AP1 that can touch you with one of these. You'll be the king!

The key question is not whether you get an AP1 or AP2. The important thing to remember is to get a Silverstone one, regardless.

(Seriously, there are very informative threads in the "S2000 Talk" forum that go into great detail about the differences. You should check them out.)

Of course by Silvercrap, you mean the beautiful Sebring? Oh well in that case I concur.

I like the AP2 better.

Test drove both before buying and IMO, the extra torque makes the car more livable day to day.

I wouldn't say the AP2 is faster, may seem that way when driving it but remember that it also looses 1000 rpm to the AP1.

Someone mentioned a softer suspension... The suspension has been reworked on the AP2 and allows for faster speeds through a slalom in testing. Also helped make the rear a bit less temperamental. The steering response is however a bit duller than in the AP1 though unless you drive them back to back like I did I don't think you'd ever know.

Overall I like the AP2 better, just wish I could still have that extra 1000 RMP at the end!

Oh yeah, and I like the styling better on the AP2 for sure.

Try both and have fun figuring it out for yourself.
