I didn't realize VTEC came in with 3 stages on this car. It feels pretty linear up to about 6000 rpm.

stage 2, 4400rpm, vtec
stage 3, 5800rpm, vtec+short manifold

I wouldn't pay him 5K for a 94 GSR, I recently purchase a 99 GSR from a buddy of mine, t3/t4 turbo, full suspension, racing seats, wheels, all around a very nice car, and I only paid him $8300. Id try to talk him down to around 4K
