I got that in my email this morning. Honda Power baby!! But really I'm thinking the dude with the wrist watch was a little quick on the trigger because that bike isn't gonna go 205 without a lot of goodies on it. I would seriously fight that that speed is impossible to obtain and the method for which it was measured is inaccurate. Don't think it would really help because he was a long way from being a civil infraction but what the hell, eh? (It was in Minnesota ya know)

I think the Cop needs to check his stop watch.
Moto GP bikes just broke the 200MPH barrier...in what the last year or two?
At a cost of about $1 MIL per bike ...HMMMM...
The CBR1000rr is a bad ass bike but, sorry I'm not buying it.

I've seen an indicated 182 mph and even that has a ton of speedo error.

Info from another site indicates it was an RC51 with -1 on the front sproket and only an exhaust upgrade. 205mph - Not in a million years, not even close.

unless they strapped a turbo on a XX that is the only way they could come close to that speed...that guy can get out of that ticket.
But, to answer the true question: WHAT WOULD THAT DO TO YOUR INSURANCE?
I know what a 135mph ticket would do:
04 R1 = from $ 18/month to $ 695/month ( bike for sale )
03 Z06 = from $ 91/month to $ 390/month ( )
02 Explorer = from $ 60/month to 210/month ( )
It will you up for 3 years.
