I'm surprised the SL wasn't on there. That's the only car over $100k that I regularly think about (aside from a well-optioned 911S); the others just seem too out there. I'd rather have an E55/63 or M5 than a 7-series/S-class, and Astons, Maybachs, Ferraris, etc are just too deep into the stratosphere for me. 911s, SLs, E55s, Cayman Ss, Elises, etc, are what make up my car daydreams, along with a plethora of older iron like '80s 911s, 308/328s, 355s, Sunbeam Tigers, etc.

For stupid money, give me a 427 Cobra or 300SL Gullwing over some flavor-of-the-week boutique Koenisseg or the latest ugly Murcielago. Even Ferrari seems to have forgotten how to build a beautiful car; the 360 was okay, but the 456GT was the last gorgeose one, IMO, and who really lusts for a 612 Scaglietti?

Surprised to see the 7 series on that list. I daydream a whole lot more over the 6 series.

MSN sucks.

Where's the 911 Turbo?
The GT3?
The Carrera GT?
Any AMG cars!?!?
Veyron?
Ford GT?

I'm truly apalled that they put the 7 series first, that's a slap in the face.

I hear the 7 w/the V12 has no performace advantage over the V8. Big waste O $.

Aside from the Lamborghini/Ferrari, those are some odd choices...

Lame list. It swings back and forth wildly between rolling luxo-coffins and exotic boys' toys.

You read where it said it was based on user searches of $100k+ cars, right? As in, what ten cars over $100k were searched for most often by MSN Auto users?

I agree this is a lame list. No respect w/o a Porsche of some sort on it...but I've always thought the Vanquish was the most beautiful car I've ever seen...
