Cool vid! Nice comparison Mike! Looks like the BRZ is much much easier to drive at the limit rather than the S2000... I can almost feel from the video how you can just throw the BRZ into a corner and the rear will just trail and follow with super minimal counter steer. Must feel nice with a bit of slip angle... I wonder if you lower the BRZ how the lower roll center will affect the way the car will pitch and dive into corners...

Thanks for the videos and continued reviews. S2000 certainly looks to be more of a handful and a little ragged at times. The gearing on the BRZ seems to be better suited for this particular track as well. You def saved time not having to use 5th gear as often.

I've gotten faster in the BRZ since the hot lap video two weekends ago... the "less shift" advantage is more or less moost since it turns out I actually have to do 3 additional upshifts at this point, and will only have to do more as the car and I both develop further...

Great comparo. It's good to see what the cars do, inherently, but also to see what driver differences can cause as well. The S2000 looked overdriven a few times, leading to poor movements and loss of time to regain control. We all know it takes a pretty good driver to run an S2000 to its limits so that's not much of a surprise. The BR-Z looked more stable overall and easier to position, which is what most reviews would also suggest.
