I suspect that thing made a lot more than 276 HP if it really did 0-60 in 4.7.

I changed it there when I bought, or thought I'd bought, an S2000 CR the day after Thanksgiving. The dealer reneged on the deal a day later, saying that a local deal was being worked on it the same time and it squeaked in first (never mind that I locked my deal w/ the F&I guy, where all sales go through).

a friend of mine has two 1987 grand nationals one is his DD and the other is the race car but regardless both are very fast with very little work. great car!
