Boxster S

You're in WA.?
For a spirited drive I would want the manual. I prefer the way the BS drives and handles to the S2000 but the automatic would be a deal breaker for me. The tranny won't hold a gear and I almost looped one when it shifted for me in a turn.
Do you still have #2067 or 69?

Yes, here in WA for the last five years. ...and still have #2067 and see you have good records (memory)... we did have a bit of interaction many years ago.
I've listened to the comments here and thought about it and have left a message for the seller that I am passing on the Boxster. In fact I have decided I really don't want to give up the S2000 right now so I am again committed to staying with the car for the foreseeable future.

FWIW, the PDK setup is very cool. It's basically a manual without the 3rd pedal If you were inclined to own a BS that, for instance, your non-manual driving SO could operate, and/or would provide the ultimate convenience in a daily, traffic heavy commute, it's a slick option.
