Best Buy did that to change ALL there install vans from white to black, except the work on there vehicals was cheaply done you can see the lines, they even overlapped some stuff

I dunno about that. Think of other applications it can have besides just colors. Imagine merging this idea w/ OLED technology! You can have moving images on the car.

That looks nice, but if it costs in the thousands, it definitely will kill the interest of most drivers.
