but on the M6, the new front and rear fascias do make the car look less bullet-like and a little more ballsy. I haven't seen one in person yet, but I'm appreciating the pictures.

There are a pile of M5/M6 comparisons in overseas BMW magazines. The M5 is the "bargain" winner but the M6 wins on performance mostly because of a lower CG.
Styling is subjective. My wife and I both really like the current 6-series (e.g. 645) but price, north of $80K, makes my head spin. Haven't seen the M6 in person yet though I did touchie-feelie a CF-bodied Fiskar Latigo CS ("coachworked" 6 series), which is hotness but not $220K worth of hotness.
